Integrity Landscaping Solutions, Inc. is a locally owned, full-service landscaping company, that was incorporated in 2007. We work with commercial property owners, property managers, and discerning residential homeowners who are looking for quality, responsive services, creative and artistic landscaping designs, and beautiful outdoor spaces.

  • Fleet Services Associate

    Integrity Landscaping Solutions, A premier Richmond area commercial and residential landscaping company is seeking an individual to perform general fleet service. 


    This position will support the operations of the company, through the care and maintenance of trucks, trailers, and equipment owned and operated by the company. Some of the tasks involved will be to perform minor repairs, equipment oil changes, cleaning and fueling vehicles and equipment, ordering and retrieval of parts, and general upkeep of the equipment yard and shop area. The individual must be able to work independently, after normal hours, to clean and fuel trucks and equipment, and park trucks with trailers on the property, once all crews and vehicles return.


    This could be a part-time or full-time position.


    • Valid VA driver’s license required
    • Experience driving a truck and trailer

    • Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
    • Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

  • Integrity Landscaping Internship

    Overview


    Integrity Landscaping is offering a 10-week paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience in landscaping and hardscaping. Interns will gain valuable skills in property maintenance, landscaping, hardscaping, installation, equipment care, and customer service while working alongside experienced professionals.


    • Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Friday reserved as a make-up day for weather-related delays).
    • Compensation: Paid internship (rate discussed upon selection).
    • Role Importance: This position plays a critical role in upholding our commitment to high-quality service and maintaining properties to the highest standards. 

    Interns will be trained in all essential tasks and expected to complete work efficiently while ensuring properties meet our quality standards.


    Daily Responsibilities


    Perform landscaping and hardscaping tasks, including:


    • Mowing, edging, and trimming
    • Weeding garden beds and cracks in hard surfaces
    • Blowing debris and cleaning work areas
    • Pruning shrubs and small trees
    • Assisting with hardscape and landscape projects (paver patios, retaining walls, plants, trees, etc.)
    • Maintain a clean and organized job site.
    • Follow safety guidelines and proper use of equipment.
    • Assist in loading and unloading tools, materials, and supplies at job sites.
    • Monitor turf and plant health, reporting any signs of disease, pest infestation, or other concerns to the Crew Leader.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from the Crew Leader.
    • If a customer requests additional work outside the contract, inform the Crew Leader before proceeding.

    Equipment Maintenance Responsibilities


    • Regularly inspect and maintain landscaping tools and machinery.
    • Sharpen mower blades and perform basic upkeep on equipment.
    • Ensure the truck and trailer are fully stocked daily with essential supplies, including:
    • Gas and oil (including 2-cycle oil)
    • Edger blades, hand saws, pruning tools
    • Tarps, rakes, and other hand tools

    Property Expectations


    • Weed-free areas – Remove all weeds larger than 2 inches from garden beds and hardscape cracks.
    • Stick-free turf – Pick up all sticks and debris during each visit.
    • Trash-free property – Remove all visible trash, especially in turf, before mowing.
    • Ivy control – Remove ivy from trees and landscape plants as needed (some exceptions may apply).
    • Attention to detail – Visually inspect turf, plants, and hardscape elements for any issues and report them promptly.

    • Passion for landscaping and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
    • Team-oriented with good communication skills.

  • Spray Technician

    Integrity Landscaping Solutions, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Spray Technician.

     

    As a valued member of our maintenance team, the Spray Technician will be responsible for proper and timely applications of pesticides and fertilizer. We are searching for a hard-working individual who can work with minimal supervision. This position will work closely with Account Managers to schedule and coordinate work.

     

    Main job duties include but are not limited to:


    • Performing turf and ornamental pesticide applications
    • Be able to identify pests and weeds and offer solutions
    • Calculate and calibrate machinery and materials
    • Log all pesticide applications in accordance with state regulations
    • Fertilizer applications
    • Keeping the chemical room and spray rig clean, and when not active with lawn treatments, perform other landscaping tasks.

     

    Salary:


    Commensurate with Experience

     

    Required experience:


    Experience in lawn and landscape pesticide applications: 1 year

     

    Required license or certification:


    Must have either VDACS Commercial Applicator Certifications (3A and 3B) or VDACS Registered Technician License

     

    Other Requirements: 


    High school or equivalent & Valid driver's license

     

    Experience:


    Lawn & Landscape Spraying: 1 year (Preferred)

     

    License:


    Valid driver’s license

    VDACS 3A & 3B (Preferred)

    VDACS Registered Technician
